It is recommended that you replace your Soladey brush head every 2 -3 months depending on your brushing habits. You should be brushing lightly with Soladey because it is the gentle flicking of the bristles that creates the Ionic action. If you brush hard, the brisltes cannot flick properly and your heads will wear out sooner, just like any other toothbrush. If the bristles are matted down and cannot flick it cannot work properly.

Remember to sanitize your toothbrush after each use...this should be done no matter what type of toothbrush you use. You can use Hydrogen Peroxide, Grapeseed Oil Extract, Grapfruitseed Oil Extract, or a toothbrush sanitizer to do this.
