Post Femur Fracture Pain

On November 9, 2017 one of my patients from Nova Scotia presented with chronic thigh pain, which resulted from a fracture to her femur bone (located in the thigh). The patient came in walking with crutches to help relieve the pressure and pain in the fracture area. The Bioptron System was used for 30 minutes over the fracture area on the right thigh and 25 minutes over the left medial knees. Immediately following treatment the patient stated that she could walk easier on one crutch and that the left knee pain was totally gone and her right pain over the fracture area was 90% better.
